HOW IT WORKS! |
You order your groceries on our website at least one day (24 hours) in advance prior to the delivery. We shop for you and deliver everything to your rental house. You pay the grocery bill and the service fee only after you get your groceries delivered. Remember: We Accept Cash Only! |
We’ll try to deliver your groceries within a couple of hours after you check in the house. Give us a call to let us know what time you are coming, so we know when to catch up with you. If you arrive at the house after 9 pm, your groceries will be delivered the next day after 9 am. |

We do not offer full delivery service for Southern Outer Banks Vacationers. However, you could place your order through our website and pick up your grocery order and pay for it at our convenient location right on hwy 158 on the way to you rental house. |
HOW IT WORKS! |
You use our website to place your order. Let us know what time you will be passing by Kill Devil Hills (approximate time). We’ll send you an email with the directions to one of our pick up locations located right on the main highway, together with the price adjustment to your grocery order. You will stop by, pick up your groceries and pay your bill on the way to Hatteras Island. |
Make sure you bring your own coolers if needed. If there is a time delay, please kindly give us a call about the time of your arrival. Remember: We Accept Cash Only! |

OUR POLICY! |
- No payment ahead is needed; we accept cash only. Sorry, no personal checks or credit cards.
- At least one day (24 hours) in advance is required to place an order.
- We reserve the right to be able to substitute a product in the shopping list with some similar item in case the store doesn't carry it at the time of purchase.
- If you arrive at the house after 9 pm, your groceries will be delivered the next day after 9 am.
- We will try to deliver your groceries at the time requested on the order form; however, we reserve the right to make a delivery no later than within 2 hours after the requested time.
- You will have one hour to check your order after the delivery occurred. If you find out that something is missing, damaged or not from your order please call us within 1 hour after delivery and let us know. No complaints will be accepted after 1 hour lapse in time.
